Selection of goods

Individual groups of goods are divided into categories and subcategories, which you can choose in the left menu "Categories". After selecting the appropriate category, the e-shop will display previews of the goods that are contained in the selected category. The preview shows: item name, image (in preview size) and price (including VAT).

Click on the picture or name of the item or on the "Detail" button to see detailed information about the selected item. This information contains detailed descriptions of its properties and price. The listing also contains previews of photos of the goods. Click on these previews to see full-size photos. In conclusion, references to files that further describe or refine the characteristics of the item may be provided.

You can select (i.e. put them in the cart) by pressing the "Buy" button.

A detailed preview of the cart is available by clicking on the "cart" link, which you can find at the top right of the page header if there are any items in the cart. If the cart is empty, you won't see the link. Information about the number of items in the cart and the total price of the goods in the basket is displayed next to the above link.

A detailed preview shows a list of selected items: Name, price with VAT, and number of pieces of each item ledger. You can change the number of pieces directly by entering a number, or you can use the "+" button to increase the number. You can delete specific items from the list by using the "×" button on the right side of the table. You can clear the entire contents of your cart by clicking on the "× The Contents of the Cart" link.

order

The shipping price is automatically added to the total order. The amount varies depending on the total value of the ordered item. All information about the transport costs can be found under the table listing the contents of the basket.

To order the goods that are in the cart, click the Order button in the detailed preview of the cart. Now it is important to fill out the order form. The form has two variants: for a private person and for entrepreneurs. All mandatory items are marked "*". Before placing an order, you must select the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" check box to sign your agreement to these terms and conditions. Send a binding order with the "Send Order" button.

Before sending your order, you can tick the box: "I agree to receive e-mail offers - newsletters" so that we can inform you from time to time about special offers that you will not find in the eshop. You can then withdraw this consent at any time by sending a message to an email or in response to an offer.

After submitting the order form, you will receive a confirmation email. You will find summary information about your order, the total price and details for payment for ordered goods. At this point, we will be dealing with the processing of your order.

Payment and delivery of goods

In cash or in the form of cash on delivery

Payment means either in cash upon personal takeover in our brick-and-mortar premises or in the form of cash on delivery by parcel. It is also possible to choose payment by bank transfer, we will then send you the account number immediately after receiving the order.
